Horodope is operated by ADARVIBS (OPC) PRIVATE LIMITED. This policy applies to the public website and its related user services; third-party websites reached through a link have their own policies.

Depending on the feature you use, we may receive account and contact information such as your name, email address and phone number; birth details you choose to submit for an astrology service; support messages; and technical information needed to operate and protect the website, such as device, browser and IP-related data.

If you purchase a service, the payment provider processes the payment details. Horodope receives the transaction information needed to confirm an order, provide the service, maintain records and address support or refund requests. We do not ask you to send card or UPI credentials to our support team.

We use information to provide requested features, authenticate accounts, deliver reports or bookings, respond to support requests, protect the service from misuse, meet legal obligations and improve the reliability and usability of the website.
