Cancellation & Refund Policy

1. General Rule

Due to the nature of digital services, cancellations and refunds are restricted once service delivery has commenced.

2. Exceptions

Refunds may be considered only:

  • Where service was not delivered due to technical failure attributable solely to Horodope
  • Where mandated by applicable consumer protection laws

Approved refunds shall be processed within 7–10 working days.

3. No Chargeback Abuse

Users agree not to initiate fraudulent chargebacks. Horodope reserves the right to contest such actions.
